Duck & Cover
Art Direction: Paul Kepple
Illustration, logos, layout, copywriting
In the early 1950's, schools were issued a video to teach them what to do in the event of a nuclear attack. The solution was to duck and take cover beneath a desk or chair. Regardless of its true effectiveness, this solution seems humorous now. This piece of literature is a manual that references this educational film, written and illustrated to exaggerate the information given by the government regarding the dangers of a nuclear blast.
