Journey to Redemption
It was exciting to work on this product knowing that it would launch to millions of users. But the fun was met with plenty of challenges ranging from a limited backend to questionable reward fulfillment to strict partnership agreements—you name it. I focused on working closely with the product owner (aka master of the program) to establish a set of consistent templated flows that could enable redemption of any reward with the most clarity for the end user as possible. I also worked closely with our brand director to develop a very practical sub-identity that would sit nicely beside the upcoming digital rebrand. This program would go on to become the first published instance of the new Xfinity design system (which I also contributed to).
